Founded in 2008 in Dazhuge Industrial Park, Licha, Jiaozhou with registered capital of 10 million yuan and a total investment of 25 million yuan, Qingdao Changsida Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. possesses the most advanced equipment in China for production of water treatment agents and first-class modernized laboratory, and covers an area of10,500 m2. The company has the annual production capacity of 100,000 tons and product storage capacity of 3,000 tons. As a modern high-tech production base of water treatment agents, the company integrates research, development, production and sales of various water treatment agents and provides a full range of services in the purification of drinking water and industrial water as well as treatment of urban sewage and industrial wastewater.
The technical team of R&D Department and Testing Center mainly consists of five members, including one consultant, one chief engineer, one engineer and two assistant engineers.
At present, the products developed by the company have been sold throughout China, and the newly developed high-performance polyferric chloride and high-stability activated silica as well as relevant technologies have two national invention patents and eight utility model patents.
R&D testing equipment :
The company has invested more than one million yuan to establish a modernized laboratory, where various professional precision testing instruments are available, including atomic fluorescence photometer, ultraviolet spectrophotometer, water quality analyzer, turbidity meter, acidity meter, electronic analytical balance, coagulation experiment mixer, and constant temperature drying box.
Technology and equipment:
The company has invested 25 million yuan in technical transformation, constructed the new production workshop and office building, and added two sets of advanced 50 m3 polymerization reaction systems, two sets of 150 m3 plate-frame pressure filtration systems, multi-stage acid mist recovery system as well as raw material and finished product storage facilities.
